Lake Country/Oyama (LC/O)

Campus to Plant

We are excited about the reports and inquiries from people in the LC/O region who are anticipating the start of a Campus to Plant in this area.

Much has been going on at Hope in the last few months as we pray and prepare towards living out the Great Commission through this Campus to Plant opportunity! .

This will be a Campus of Hope Kelowna and will have a combination of livestream video and live in person worship and preaching.  The goal is that, in God's timing, this will become a church plant of Hope Kelowna with a pastor, elders and leaders that will faithfully lead and serve the people of Lake Country/Oyama.

Here is a timeline of how God has been at work and leading us on mission for Him:

In Kelowna

October 2014 - Hope Bible Church officially launched in Kelowna with a burden and passion to reach Kelowna and the Central Okanagan and to see lively churches established that faithfully proclaim God's word.

Present - Hope Bible Church gathers on Sundays at 9 & 10:45am at the German Canadian Club at 1696 Cary Rd. in Kelowna.

In Lake Country/Oyama

April 2019 - God was stirring in the leaders of Hope about a future work in Lake Country/Oyama, Vernon area with a desire to see churches established.

November 2022 - Information and Prayer Meeting held in Lake Country.
